Wedge Salad

1 head of iceburg lettuce, sliced into quarters, and core removed
1 package of grape tomatoes
6 slices crispy bacon
crumbled blue cheese
balsalmic vinaigrette
honey

Place each wedge of lettuce on separate plates, sprinkle with crumbled bacon, blue cheese, and tomatoes. Whisk together balsalmic vinaigrette with honey, and drizzle over lettuce.

Hi, I'm not sure if you are still checking comments, but I wanted you to know that I made your Crockpot Stuffed Bell Peppers for dinner tonight. I saved it a long time ago and decided to add it to this week's menu. It was fabulous! I added a shredded carrot to the filling, just to get in some more veggies. We loved it, and will definitely have it again. Thanks for sharing.

I miss reading your blog, but I have not had time to post in months, either. Family obligations come first! I hope you are well.
